The strategy we develop for each client is built to last
and grow with the client. We avoid the many ‘quick
fixes’ that can be applied to make short term gains
in web page rankings. These are invariably short lived and
not permanent solutions. Our carefully devised strategy
will ensure a web site attains and maintains a high position
in respect of all the major search engines. The various
stages we will go through are listed below:
- Free
proposal of likely impact success could have on your
business with a well optimised site.
- Pre-contractual
agreement with you on realistic expectations, time frames
involved and subsequent fees. Thorough discussions with
your selves to ascertain your target market, the services
or products offered and concluding with a general 'brain
storming' session to define critical keyword phrases
for your website. Agreed costing relating to site and
optimisation targets.
- Contractual
agreement.
- Analysis
of successful competitor web sites achieving top ten
statuses. Design of the new site incorporating your
pre-agreed requirements along with techniques we employ
to optimise the site in respect of competition.
- Implementation
of the web site incorporating the optimisation, including
the key word addition to both textual areas within the
site and via the source code in areas of title, description
and Meta tags. Addition of appropriate internal links
that will add value to the site.

- Submission of the unique url and assossiated sitemap to all the major
search engines.
- Report
on web site rankings with the major search engines after
memory caches have recognised the new site.

The
whole contractual process should be completed within six
months, although major inroads should be made by the time
the search engines update their caches with the initial
site. Thereafter, the major engines tend to re-crawl sites
every couple of weeks so there is a dormant period before
results can be assessed and modifications are made, this
inevitably tends to protract the duration of the project. |
